Editorial accuracy, tone, accessibility barriers, or the presentation of advertising and sponsorship. We do not adjudicate medical disputes or replace regulators.

2. How to submit

Email callme@vodnarexiuglixon.world with “Complaint” in the subject line or use the contact form. Include the page URL, date viewed, and a concise description.

3. Timelines

We aim to acknowledge complaints within five United Kingdom business days and provide a substantive response within twenty business days where investigation is straightforward. Complex cases may require longer; we will explain any delay.

4. Advertising and the ASA

If your complaint concerns a marketing communication that may breach the CAP Code, you may refer the matter to the Advertising Standards Authority (asa.org.uk) at any stage.

5. Data protection complaints

Follow the Privacy Policy to exercise UK GDPR rights. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you remain dissatisfied.
